Gilli (Davies) Cliff is a Cordon Bleu cook and has been involved in food, food journalism and broadcasting for the past 25 years. A member of The Guild of Food Writers, advisor to the Food Standards Agency and a member Advisory Commitee for Animal Feedstuffs.
Currently living in North Yorkshire Gilli runs cookery courses in her own home and continues to write and broadcast on subjects ranging from food safety to the aphrodisiac qualities of the food we eat.
